A restructured Federal Public Service Commission will reconfigure the capacity of the entire federal government to deliver the goods and services to the people in a transparent manner and thus regain relevance. Our party intends to change the landscape of government structure by streamlining it into five governance clusters and sixteen line ministries. This new configuration will be replicated at the provincial and district levels.

We will spur new thinking on public administration around the core concepts of relevance and competence.

The power will be devolved to district levels whereby district management will be made to run on modern management principles of delivery and public gratification.

The government service will be reinvigorated with the introduction of new human resource management information systems, to overcome the deficiencies of the archaic civil services system.
