Monitoring and Evaluation

PFM has a set of unique policies and procedures with strong systems in place to ensure that PFM continues to prosper as an institution that is not dependent upon personalities. Monitoring and Evaluation is one such vital part of the PFM system that allows full implementation and compliance of PFM policies and procedures while measuring the outcomes of efforts of PFM members, office bearers and governing council.

Each office bearer (from UC all the way up to the governing council) is tasked with action items, which are consistently monitored to evaluate their performance.

At PFM, our goals and objectives are well defined. Each objective has indicators and yardsticks on which its progress can be assessed, evaluated and recorded, and the data thus generated is used for corrective action and planning.
